Refund Policy

At Simply Sunday Candles, all of our products are inspected before we ship them out to you. Due to the natural properties of our products, used candles cannot be returned. However, if a product was damaged during shipment we can replace the item for you, with viable photographic proof. 

You may exchange your candle for another of the same size and price within 2 weeks. You will be responsible of all shipping costs on any returned items.

In any case that you may be unhappy with your hand-poured soy candle please contact us at support@simplysundaycandles.com and we will make it right for you.
